Arrived at the beach at 9.00. The wind was already blowing a good F4, knowing that it was going to pick up soon I riiged my 5.5 storm. After 20minutes on the water I was fully powered up. Had some cracking runs up and down the beach. Also planing out of most of my carve gybes. After lunch had to down the guts out of my sail, but was amazed how controllable it still was. I was a little disapointed that I missed the the dolphins swimming around the sailing club end of the harbour, but Dave told me all about it. All in all a good day. Bring on HIHO 2008!
